/p pThe candidate will ensure compliance with dangerous goods transport regulations and maintain supply chain efficiency. /p pThis position is located in Trecate (NO), Italy. /p h3bWhat will you be doing? /b /h3 ul liCoordinating and supervising the Import/Export team. /li liPlanning and organizing domestic and international shipments (Export). /li liManaging and updating customs documentation, certificates of origin, and letters of credit. /li liSupervising compliance with ADR / IMDG / IATA regulations for dangerous goods. /li liInterfacing with freight forwarders, international clients, and internal departments (Production, Sales, Shipping/Warehouse, and HSE). /li liContinuously aligning operational customs flows with the Customs Trade Manager. /li /ul h3bWho are You? /b /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent Technical/Linguistic Diploma, with training in logistics/international trade. /li liProven experience (3–5 years) in export logistics, with knowledge of freight forwarding services (air, ocean, road), warehousing, distribution, and export, preferably in the chemical industry. /li /ul h3bWhat competencies will you need? /b /h3 ul liProficiency in handling key documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, CMR, certificates of origin). /li liStrong knowledge of Incoterms. /li liAbility to quickly resolve customs clearance issues.
