You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting mechatronic and electronic equipment failures, performing root cause analyses (RCA), and creating technical reports that drive real product improvement. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery and product failures /lili Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on electronic, electrical, and mechatronic systems /lili Document findings in clear, detailed technical reports /lili Partner with quality, product, and manufacturing teams to implement corrective and preventive actions /lili Support both internal manufacturing and external clients with containment measures and reliability improvements /lili Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues and prevent recurrence /li /ulp Requirements /pulli Bachelor's degree (BSc/BEng)
