2025 Off-Cycle Internship Program - Global Banking - Milan **Your role** Interested in working in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Banking business. You'll get to: - evaluate companies and develop models for M&A; transactions
- prepare industry analyses for pitches
- get involved in the execution of live deals **Your team** You'll be working in our Global Banking team. We're responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients. **Your expertise**
- is in the penultimate or final year of their degree, or has recently graduated (no more than 6 months from the internship start date)
- has or is on track for a 2:1 (UK grading system) or the equivalent in your first undergraduate degree
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
