Corresponding to a key figure within our philosophy, the Sales Associate assumes the responsibility to be and Ambassador of the Brand towards our customers. In particular, the Sales Associate will be in charge of: - Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines;
- Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in their mother tongue and other foreign languages with both clients and colleagues, whilst also actively listening and paying attention in order to establish mutual trust;
- Ensuring that high standards are maintained through a correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines assembling or dismantling visual displays, in windows or in-store, on a regular basis;




- Enriching its presence in the Boutique through a careful interpretation of the Brunello Cucinelli style, ensuring a continuous update on products and new collections;
- Cooperating with the stock department, providing support when required and especially during inventories;
- Respecting retail operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ; PROFILE The ideal profile has at least 1 years of experience in the Retail, preferably gained into the Luxury sector and a solid understanding of the product as well as a deep knowledge of the fashion industry. To be successful in this role, applicants must have excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment. High flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are fundamental. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
