**Purpose of the Job**: The incumbent is primarily responsible for assisting customers in performing Abbott’s TAVI Cardiovascular Transcatheter Valve program and providing clinical/technical expertise. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of cardiology and cardiac surgery, with a focus on transcatheter valve technology. The incumbent will ensure that all technical inquiries from the field or internal sources are addressed promptly and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott. **Technical Activities**: - Provide customers with continuous updates on Abbott technology to deliver the highest value in therapeutic solutions.
- Offer technical support for implants and follow-ups.
- Build strong personal relationships with customers, providing adequate support for their scientific and technological needs.
- Act as the main interface to implement specific education, marketing, and clinical initiatives at the customer level.
- Liaise with agents and the Bid & Tender office during bid preparations, including technical specifications and support material.




- Support congress activities and ensure all Abbott standing procedures are followed. **Training & Education Activities**: - Develop local training activities, including the use of simulators.
- Serve as the link with implanters for educational activities.
- Establish partnerships with major medical associations to develop training programs for physicians and nurses. **Education & Competencies**: - ** Qualifications**: Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
- ** Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in similar activities.
- ** Skills**: - Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
- Comprehensive understanding of cardiology and cardiac surgery, with an emphasis on transcatheter valve technology.
