/ppThe contractual level will be defined during the selection process based on the identified profile and in compliance with current regulations and the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry. /ppThe indicated salary refers exclusively to the Gross Annual Salary (RAL). /ppThe overall package may include additional variable components linked to the achievement of specific individual and/or corporate goals, as well as company welfare and benefits.
