FL Technics Wheels & Brakes provides tailored maintenance for aircraft wheels, brakes and related components. We are looking for a **Health and Safety Manager** to join our international team. **YOUR TASKS**: - Develop and implement Health and Safety strategy amongst production facilities in Italy, Hungary and Germany;
- Monitor and assess compliance with relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and company standards and make recommendations to ensure compliance amongst facilities;
- Monitor and evaluate workplace activities to identify potential hazards and risks, develop risk reduction strategies, and prevent accidents or injuries;
- Review, draft, and revise documents relating to occupational safety and health issues and coordinate their implementation and compliance;




- Carry out regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements;
- Develop and conduct comprehensive health and safety training programs for all employees;
- Implement a system for investigating any accidents, incidents or near misses;
- Facilitate regular safety meetings to promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility among all employees. **WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING**: - University degree/post-secondary education (a degree in occupational safety, engineering or a similar field would be an advantage);
- Similar work experience in a manufacturing company, preferably - aviation sector;
- Fluency in English (written/spoken);
- Responsibility, persistence, and proactiveness;
