- Open Hub: coworking space and community hub in the heart of Milan **ROLE & TEAM** **As a Product Owner, your core activities will include**: - Define and manage the product roadmap for the tenant private area.
- Collaborate with development, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features on web and mobile platforms.




- Collaborate with researchers on the product discovery process to understand user pain points, market needs, and opportunities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align on priorities, negotiate requirements, and communicate progress.
- Manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features following Agile principles.
- Translate user needs and business goals into actionable requirements and clear documentation.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Support the team in sprint planning, task estimation, and project execution. **What you'll need to be successful in this role**: - 2+ years of experience as Product Owner or similar role in the IT industry.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing Agile teams.
- Good project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively.
- Ability to create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and align the team with business objectives.




- Good understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on user satisfaction.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate priorities.
- Strong team management skills, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Experience with product discovery techniques to identify user needs and market opportunities
