and product performance.* Collect, evaluate, and integrate customer feedback into improvement initiatives.* Deliver technical product training for internal stakeholders, dealers, customers, and service partners.* Ensure compliance with global processes, engineering standards, and quality requirements.About You * You have a strong technical understanding and enjoy working close to both customers and internal stakeholders.* You are solution-oriented, structured, and able to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions.* You communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and commercial audiences.* You enjoy collaborating across functions and countries, and you are comfortable acting as a bridge between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations.* You have collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining accountability for individual responsibilities.* You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role * You are a Native Italian speaker and fluent in English * A bachelors degree in Engineering is required. xysqume * Technical expertise in hydraulic and mechanical systems is a plus.
