Their responsibilities span the mid-to-late stages of project execution, centering on ensuring that systems are installed in accordance with design specifications and undergo systematic testing to achieve optimal performance and safety standards . brParticipate in the commissioning, project delivery, and acceptance of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. brPerform commissioning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for battery containers/cabinets, including:Fire Suppression System (FSS),Liquid Cooling System (HVAC/TMS),DC Circuits (up to 1500V DC),Auxiliary AC Circuits (220V/400V AC),BMS Communication Systems brAssist with the commissioning of PCS (Power Conversion System) and EMS (Energy Management System), with a basic understanding of their operating principles. brSupport on-site issue analysis, fault diagnosis, corrective actions, and issue closure together with the project team. brParticipate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), grid connection testing, and project acceptance activities. brSupport customer training on system operation, maintenance, and product usage.



brTrack commissioning issues through to closure and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule. brCollaborate with cross-functional teams (RD, Quality, After-Sales Service, Project Management, etc.) Comply with EHS (Environment, Health Safety) requirements and ensure safe execution of all commissioning activities. brbrBachelor's degree or above. br~ Preferred majors include Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy Technology, or related disciplines. br~1-3 years of experience in electrical equipment commissioning, energy projects, or related industries. br~ Basic knowledge of primary and secondary electrical systems; br~ Energy storage systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, and power systems; br~ Basic principles of BMS, PCS, and EMS; br~ Industrial communication protocols such as CAN and Modbus RTU/TCP;Communication networks and fieldbus technologies. br~ Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and communication topology drawings. br~ Knowledge of BESS grid-connection processes, substation equipment, and power plant delivery procedures is preferred. br~ Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard office software. br~ Fluent in English for daily work and on-site communication; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required. br~ Willingness to travel extensively and undertake long-term assignments at project sites ov erseas. brbrExperience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), photovoltaic (PV), or wind power projects. brLow-voltage and/or high-voltage electrical certification, or equivalent electrical qualifications. Experience working on international projects or in a multicultural environment.
