Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Cascina. The Project Engineer will manage fire protection engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with technical standards and client requirements. Daily tasks include project planning, coordinating design activities, preparing technical documentation, and supporting the selection and integration of fire detection and suppression equipment. The role involves close collaboration with internal engineering, manufacturing, and service teams,



as well as communication with clients, suppliers, and contractors to align project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. The Project Engineer will also support site activities, including technical clarifications, commissioning assistance, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and safe system operation.

Qualifications

- Strong project engineering and project management skills, including project planning and coordination.
- Solid foundation in electrical engineering or related engineering disciplines relevant to fire detection and suppression systems.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Experience or strong interest in industrial fire protection, oil & gas, petrochemical, or power generation environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or similar) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and international fire protection standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects or tasks in parallel.
- Proficiency with common engineering and project management software tools.
- Professional working proficiency in English; Italian and additional languages are an advantage.
