- Oversee customer relations and provide support to the department.
- Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with the IT team and clients.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for corporate projects.
- Design, develop, document, and maintain software solutions.
- Test and validate systems before delivery to clients.
- Coordinate team resources and supervise operational activities.
- Manage and/or dispatch customer tickets.




- Continuously update technological infrastructures (HW and SW).
- Provide technical support for clients’ business development. **Requirements and Skills**: - At least 2 years of experience in project management.
