In this role, you will be reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Consortium, the successful candidate will be responsible of the following main activities: /p ul lisupport the implementation of the new accounting software Ad Hoc revolution web; /li liensure financial accuracy and compliance while tracking the financial data through detailed records and reports; /li lireconciling general ledgers and bank statements; /li lisupport the preparation of the financial statements for management, and tax reporting; /li liensuring compliance with local, provincial and national regulations; /li lisupport the forecasting cash flow; /li limaintaining and updating CERIC budget and bookkeeping records; /li lisupport the financial reporting of all the funded and internal projects of CERIC-ERIC, according to the funding agency’s policies, internal procedures and rules of CERIC. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pResearch Field Economics Education Level Bachelor Degree or equivalent /p h3Skills/Qualifications /h3 h3Qualifications and other requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent. /li liExperience in accounting for a minimum period of 8 years. /li liGood knowledge of the accounting software Zucchetti “Ad Hoc” or “Ad hoc revolution web”. /li liGood knowledge of the Italian fiscal rules. /li liGood knowledge of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken. /li liExcellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
