ppbLuogo di lavoro: /b Novara (NO) /p pFor our client, an innovative and internationally active company specialized in data management, based in Novara, we are looking for a: /p h3BUSINESS ANALYST / PROJECT COORDINATOR (SOFTWARE) /h3 h3Role Overview: /h3 pWe are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of fintech and banking-related custom software projects. /p pThe role focuses on requirements analysis, software delivery coordination and communication with development teams, acting as a key link between customers and internal technical teams. /p pYou will contribute to ensuring smooth execution of software projects, timely releases and alignment between business needs and technical implementation. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liThe selected candidate will support project planning, execution and monitoring of software development projects, with a strong focus on coordinating activities between customers, developers and operations teams. /li liThe role includes collecting and analyzing customer requirements, translating them into structured functional specifications, and supporting the prioritization of development activities and project timelines. The candidate will coordinate the daily activities of Banking Operations and Banking Data Management teams in alignment with software delivery needs. /li liResponsibilities also include managing and tracking customer tickets related to software functionalities and issues, supporting backlog organization and ensuring proper follow-up with development teams.
/li liThe candidate will act as an operational point of contact for customers on ongoing software projects, ensuring clear and continuous communication on requirements, progress and releases. /li liAdditional activities include preparing project documentation, supporting testing and validation phases, coordinating releases and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and procedures. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liCandidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or in Business Administration, Economics or Finance with a strong IT focus. /li liAt least one year of experience in software project coordination, software delivery or functional analysis roles is required, preferably in environments involving custom software development. /li liExperience working with software development teams and familiarity with requirements gathering and functional analysis are strongly preferred. A good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is expected. /li liThe role requires hands-on exposure to software development projects (not only IT operations or support).
/li liFamiliarity with project management and ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Jira is required. /li /ul h3Skills and Competencies: /h3 ul liThe ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a software delivery environment. /li liExcellent communication skills are essential to interact effectively with both customers and technical teams. The candidate should be able to understand business needs and translate them into structured and clear requirements for developers. /li liAn analytical mindset, attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude are key to success in this role. A customer-oriented approach and the ability to manage ongoing interactions in dynamic project contexts are also required. /li liFluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken, is required. /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liPermanent full-time employment contract /li liGross annual salary ranging between 30,000 and 40,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive welfare, benefits and premio package worth approximately 5,000-6,000 per year /li liWork location: Novara (NO).
