Construction Manager | Semiconductor Industry | EPC Projects | Milan brAbout the job: brAmaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Engineering Division and support international projects in the Semiconductor Industry . brThis role offers the opportunity to manage complex industrial construction activities, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and international environment. br Location: Milan, Italy brYour Responsibilities brManage and supervise on-site construction activities. brCoordinate contractors and subcontractors during project execution. brMonitor project schedule, quality, costs, and productivity. brEnsure compliance with HSE regulations and quality standards. brCollaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Commissioning teams. brIdentify construction risks and implement corrective actions. brSupport commissioning and start-up activities. brPrepare progress reports and monitor project KPIs. brOptimize resources, equipment, and construction planning.



brEnsure compliance with technical specifications and international standards. brRequirements brMaster’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial or Electrical Engineering. brAt least 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects. brPrevious experience in EPC/EPCM environments. brExperience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams. brStrong knowledge of Mechanical, Civil, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation activities. brKnowledge of international standards (ASME, ANSI, ISO). brExperience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. brKnowledge of QA/QC processes. brProfessional English. brAvailability to work on international industrial projects. brNice to Have brPMP Certification. brExperience in Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Energy or Oil Gas industries. brWhy Join Amaris?brInternational projects. brCareer growth opportunities. brTechnical training. brCollaborative environment. brLong-term professional development.
