You will play a key role in shaping processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring excellent service delivery. /pp Your Responsibilities /pulli Lead and manage daily operations of the Sea Freight department /lili Work closely with your team and actively handle import/export shipments /lili Challenge and improve current ways of working to enhance efficiency /lili Ensure full compliance with internal procedures (OPS) and external regulations /lili Monitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining competitive service levels /lili Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents,
