The role plays an important part in ensuring accurate credit information, supporting cash collection activities, and maintaining healthy customer accounts while complying with company policies. /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a motivated and analytical Credit Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior finance professional to develop expertise in credit management within an international environment. Working closely with the Credit Collection Coordinator, Sales, Customer Service and Finance, the successful candidate will support credit monitoring, reporting and collection activities while contributing to the continuous improvement of the Order-to-Cash process. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the monitoring of customer accounts and outstanding receivables. /li liPrepare and maintain customer aging reports and collection dashboards. /li liAnalyze customer payment behavior and identify overdue accounts requiring follow-up. /li liAssist the Credit Collection Coordinator in collection activities and customer communications. /li liSupport the reconciliation of customer accounts and the allocation of incoming payments. /li liCollaborate with Sales and Customer Service to investigate payment discrepancies and customer disputes. /li liMonitor customer credit limits and report potential credit risks. /li liMaintain accurate customer master data and ensure data integrity within the ERP system. /li liSupport month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable. /li liPrepare reports and analyses to support credit management decisions.
