We operate as a licensed telecom operator and provide interconnection services to major Mobile Network Operators, aggregators, and digital service providers worldwide. brLocation: Milan, Cremona or fully remote brSalary Range: €50.000 - 55.000brYour impact brAs Senior Java Developer, you will drive the technical evolution of Agile Telecom’s messaging platform, owning the SMS gateway and internal Tools ecosystem end-to-end. brYou will combine hands-on Java development with technical leadership, helping the team build scalable, reliable and observable systems while contributing to the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices. brYou’ll work closely with Engineering, DevOps and Product stakeholders in a lean and highly technical environment. brSome examples of your responsibilities brEngineering Platform brDevelop, review and maintain core Java services powering the SMS gateway and internal Tools platform. brDesign and improve SMPP integrations, DLR handling, routing, throttling and carrier connectivity. brDrive observability initiatives and reliability standards across the platform. brOwn technical debt remediation and architectural improvements. brContribute to the evolution toward multichannel capabilities (RCS, WhatsApp, Viber).
