Analyses and shares market trends, and ensures transparent reporting to continuously improve cost, quality, and service. /pp MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: /pulli Translate Group Procurement strategy into actionable category plans and support Emmi Group companies across key indirect spend categories (Professional Services, Temporary Labor, Marketing and ICT), ensuring effective execution and value delivery, with a primary focus on supporting Emmi Desserts Italia (EDITA). /lili Act as International Lead Buyer (ILB) for Professional Services, Human Resources, ICT, and Marketing services and solutions. /lili Coach and support other ILBs in defining and executing multi-year indirect category strategies; perform ILB duties directly for assigned categories where applicable. /lili Identify, plan, and implement cross-entity synergies (demand bundling, specification harmonization, supplier consolidation, shared contract frameworks) to maximize value and standardize practices across Emmi companies. /lili Build and continuously optimize the group indirect procurement organization, capabilities, methods, and talent development, with a dotted line to the relevant ILB for ILB-specific activities. /lili Support and train the local indirect procurement team at Emmi Desserts Italia (EDITA), aligning group standards with local needs, in coordination with the EDITA Head of Procurement. /lili Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at group and business-unit level, ensuring structured involvement in decision-making. /lili Drive cost savings, quality improvement, service performance, and procurement excellence across indirect spend. /li /ulp COMPETENCES SKILLS /pulli Ability to translate business strategy into actionable plans.
