We are looking for a Material Planner/Buyer to support our business growth and the Planning/Purchases department.
- Request for quotes for new projects and productions (internal and external)
- Daily collaboration with subcontractors for timely planning of external production
- Sending purchase orders to suppliers
- Constant monitoring of the progress of internal and external production, as well as material deliveries to respect customer order deadlines
- Preventive and targeted management of critical issues due to missing components, long delivery times, material allocation, obsolescence, scrapping, etc.
- Timely notification of critical issues to the departments involved (production, sales, logistics)
- Coordination of shipping and collection planning in collaboration with the warehouse and logistics department
- Organizational skills
- Time management skills, identifying daily the priorities that have the greatest impact on the day's work activities
- Strong logical-analytical and problem-solving skills

- Clear and effective communication skills within the group, with other departments and with suppliers

- Excellent knowledge of Excel
