- Support with needed enhancements, future developments and testing of the Technical Support Salesforce community and Service Training platform
- Manage Knowledge articles
- Manage user creation, administration and maintenance of users within the Ingersoll Rand platforms used for Service training and Technical Support
- Troubleshot system’s user issues and provide user support
- Answer user’s feedback cases
- Videos review and editing for content development
- Support for content development
- Reporting developments and activities




- Collaborate with other teams to improve experience of users with accessing and utilizing our systems **Basic Qualifications**
- Ideally educated to degree level in Informatic or with a technical education background with experience in system managements/development.
- Degree or bachelor’s in mechanical engineering will be also considered. **Key Competencies**: - 2-3 years work experience with systems management and development.
- High level of PC literacy.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Knowledge of HTML code would be good and API code will be considered as a plus.
- Fluent in English. Other languages will be considered as a plus.
- Good relational skills, communication capabilities and attitude to work in a team
- Good organizational skills and capability to work autonomously
- Ability to work to tight timescales
