ph3Job Description Summary /h3pIn this role you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules, plan and schedule material/production needs, impacts departmental operations and you will responsible for planning/execution. /ph3Essential Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure daily/weekly call pattern with suppliers to manage/escalate misaligned dates that have ability to impact business /liliMaintain “timely” release of schedule amendments, shipping notices, and other required documents /liliEnsure supplier delivery commitments are understood and communicated to the Fulfillment Lead /liliWhere unable to get the required commitment from suppliers, ensure the issues are escalated in a timely manner to Fulfillment Lead to support a developed recovery plan /liliInteract with other function to guarantee the right support and define priorities /liliMeet with the customers as required on a formal and informal basis to understand and define their requirements /liliProvide customers with periodical reports as agreed and required /liliWork closely with other functions to ensure execution and finalization of all pending action items /li /ulh3Qualifications/Requirements /h3ulliMaster Degree in Engineering /liliPrior experience in supply chain roles /liliGood proficiency with SAP and Office /liliFluent English and Italian /liliTeam worker /liliGood oral and written communication and presenting skills /liliWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required /li /ulh3Desired Characteristics /h3ulliDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. /liliAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programs. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pSmart working and work life-balance: Avio Aero promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
