ppRenesas is seeking a talented bSenior Test Engineer /b to support test development activities for new products within the Performance Computing Power (PCP) business unit in Catania, Italy. /p pThis role is an experienced individual contributor position requiring solid hands‑on expertise in ATE test development, product validation, and debugging. The candidate will contribute to the development of reliable and cost‑effective test solutions, working closely with more senior engineers while progressively increasing autonomy on complex tasks. /p pYou will support innovative power management products, including multiphase controllers, smart power stages, and 48 V system power regulators. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain bATE test programs and hardware /b for analog, mixed‑signal, and power management products /li liExecute btest plan implementation /b, ensuring required test coverage and quality targets /li liSupport bproduct bring‑up, characterization, and validation activities /b /li liPerform bdebug and failure analysis /b on ATE systems and bench setups /li liAnalyze test data to identify issues and improve byield and test stability /b /li liWork closely with bDesign and Product Engineering teams /b to resolve technical problems /li liSupport bproduction ramp and sustaining engineering activities /b /li liContribute to btest time and cost optimization efforts /b /li liFollow established bDFT methodologies and test standards /b /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (Master’s is a plus)



/li li3–6+ years of experience in test engineering or related field /li liExperience with bATE platforms /b (Advantest, Teradyne, SPEA or similar) /li liBasic understanding of bDFT concepts and production test flows /b /li liExperience in bdebugging analog and mixed‑signal circuits /b /li liFamiliarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer) /li liProgramming skills in bC/C++, Python, or similar /b /li liBasic knowledge of bdata analysis and statistical methods /b /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liStrong execution and hands‑on approach /li liGood problem‑solving and debugging capability /li liAbility to work in team environments with increasing autonomy /liliAttention to detail and quality focus /li liWillingness to learn and grow technically /li /ul pThe expected annual pay range for this position is €37,000–€49,000.
