**HRIS Specialist**:
ROLE AND KEY RESPONSABILITY
HRIS Data Governance
In alignment with the strategy defined by the Program Management with the main stakeholders and
framed by the Pulse team, take care of the following activities:
**Copy down**: manage and follow up the copy down from CSOD Production to test environments and
relevant post copy down activities
**Core HR (CHR)**: maintain the current setup, upgrade it when necessary, build possible new reports if
required, keep the documentation up to date
**Employee Engagement Survey (EES)**: set up every campaign, maintain and upgrade the setup, build
relevant reports
**Recruitment (ATS)**: contribute to data management
**Performance (EPM)**: contribute to data management
**Absence (ABS)**: contribute to data management
Contribute to prepare and deliver presentations/demo/trainings on various data aspects
Edays Administration
In alignment with the strategy defined by the Program Management with the main stakeholder and framed
by the Pulse team, administer the product to meet the business needs in the following main areas:
**Rollout**: setup Edays Pilot and Production to ensure successful implementation of the solution in new
entities
**Run**: identify and perform the necessary setup adjustments for new years, setup local bank holidays,
carryover, etc.
**Maintenance**: assess the need and perform the assignment of the appropriate roles to new local admins,
create new roles, enable new features, etc.
**Support**:
timely treat the incidents / requests and escalate possible issues to Edays
**Research & Development**: search, test and implement new functionalities, aiming to continuous
improvement
**Problem solving**: full assessment of observed issues, prompt reaction in coordination with the other
parties involved
**Integration with CSOD HRIS**: monitor, maintain and improve
**Environments management**: request and follow-up copy downs, explore new releases, etc.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree preferably with major course work in information systems, human resources,
business process analysis
HR and IT processes deep understanding
Cornerstone (CSOD) administration knowledge and Core certification is a strong advantage
Administration and certifications on other HR systems can help
Edays administration knowledge (or other Absence Management system) is a strong advantage
Strong problem-solving and research & development attitude
Very good analytical and time management skills
Very good data analysis skills
Very good communication skills - both verbal and written - in English
Strong customer orientation
Demonstrated organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up
a timely manner
Positive attitude, resilience, enthusiasm, commitment, reliability and teamwork
Wish to continuously learn
Ability to capitalize from experience / lessons learned to propose improvements
Proficient in the latest web technologies and strong knowledge of various operating systems
