Pulp & Paper Cluster Business Line Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**: - You have more than 10 years of recent experience in Automation Solution business, preferably in industries such as Pulp & Paper and Metals with a solid knowledge of this business and related markets
- You have proven leadership experience, managing an organization or department of >15 MUSD Revenues and >20 Employees, with profit and loss responsibility.
- You are innovative around customer needs, results and quality, with proficient sales and marketing experience and/or operational and project management.
- You are passionate about people orientation, influencing, coaching and leadership with a multicultural approach.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering,



preferably in Automation & Control System.
- You are at ease communicating proficiency in Italian and fluent in English.
- You are outgoing, open-minded, flexible, curious and action driven by nature. That curiosity helps you get to know our world better. You know how to convince and can enthusiastically take others into your story. A wait-and-see attitude does not suit you at all, because you like to take the initiative yourself.
