- Control and monitor commodity risk and portfolio risk management;- Prepare standard reporting and analysis data (KPI, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) and ad-hoc reporting of commodity risk;- Ensure relevant risk methods, models and user access rights independently approved and monitored for wholesale traders;- To act as the interface for Market Risk Functions across E.ON Group, developing in particular a close collaboration with the Central Market Risk- Operate the Control and Governance Framework and provide risk advice and expert input to commodity transaction strategies;- Consolidate a close collaboration with the Energy Markets department in order to support the Energy Markets strategic and commercial development by providing risk-based support and expert advice to decisions;- Support Enterprise Risk in evaluate the energy supply related risk (Procurement Risk); **Qualifications**:
- Successful completion of academic studies in the field of business administration, statistics, or similar, ideally with a focus on (financial) risk management and/or energy markets. MBA or other advanced degree represents a plus;- Comprehensive work experience in Risk Management (2-3 years), with relevant exposure to the energy sector and deep understanding of appropriate metrics used in Market Risk management;- Experience and knowledge in Market Risk, combined with comprehensive understanding and basic experience of the other areas;-
- Analytical thinker with good communication and interpersonal skills able to succeed in a team of motivated and talented individuals;- Well organized individual with proven ability to perform under time pressure and to juggle competing deadlines;- Highly reliable character, showing a strong commitment to excellence, including attention to detail and accuracy;- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access);- Knowledge of relevant risk management systems and tools in use (e.g. Allegro, Tagetik) and programming (Phyton, R );- Aptitude of communicating complex information to senior stakeholders;- Fluency in Italian, and excellent English language skills, spoken and written. **Do you have questions?** Shaping the future of energy together! **What you need to know**: Contract type: Permanent
