**What the job looks like**
- Managing all logístical aspects, including venue booking and contract negotiations
- Collaborating closely with sales teams, providing training to prepare them as event presenters
- Engaging with sponsors and ensuring strong partnerships for successful events This position is both **creative** and **rigorous**, by nature you need to **think outside the box**. To be successful, you will have solid **organisational skills** and a **good knowledge of our innovative software.** **MUST HAVE**: - **At least 2 years of experience in event management**: - ** Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1) - both written and spoken**: - ** Ability to work autonomously but also in team**
