You will act as a bridge between technology and the business,



fostering smooth and effective communication across teams.Your Impact- Monitor R&D; projects ensuring that they are guided with method and clarity according to Technogym’s processes and Kaizen principles
- Map existing processes and design improvement initiatives
- Foster lean thinking and methodologies at the operational level, helping to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Structure and standardize internal operations

You have a hybrid background in economics, engineering, and/or digital transformation. You have a systemic and lean mindset, focused on excellence and people-driven innovation.
