This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event operations, process improvement, and business strategy execution. **Internship Length**

- On-site in our Rome office **Key Responsibilities**: - Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics related to event operations.




- Identify areas for operational improvement and support process optimization initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow and event logistics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards in operations.
- Support system upgrades and automation efforts for operational processes.
- Assist in cost management by identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in project planning and execution to improve event and business operations. **Qualifications**: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Interest in event operations, business strategy, and logistics.
