You will focus on both _**_on-site and online recruitment_**_, leveraging your market knowledge to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment._ **What you’ll do**: - Manage the full-cycle recruitment cycle, predominantly for the Sales roles including Consultants across our Italian locations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Organize and participate in local recruitment events and job fairs
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with local employment trends, competitor practices, and salary benchmarks **This role is perfect for you if you have**: - At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in similar industry, BPO or high-volume recruitment environment




- Strong understanding of the Italian labor market and talent pools
- Proven track record of recruiting for sales and customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
