**Product Administration & Quality Portfolio Specialist**:
We are looking for a junior professional with up to 3 years of experience to join our Product Administration team within the CFO department, in the CPM & Operational Administration area. This role is a great opportunity to grow in the insurance sector and gain hands-on experience in product configuration and policy management.
What You’ll Do
Gathering business requirements and analyzing them to guide stakeholders in producing the necessary functional specifications
Managing and configuring insurance products using Pass Prodotti tool and documentation through Pass Doc.
Drafting technical and functional documents based on existing processes.
Take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to make sure everything works correctly before going live.
Collaborate with internal teams,



answering questions and providing support.
Investigate and solve issues reported after the product goes live.
Suggest improvements or updates to products when possible.
What We’re Looking For
Up to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in policy or portfolio management.
Previous experience with Product Pass and Pass Doc tools is essential
Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
Curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
