**Description**:
Part of a team servicing a key global account within the drink industry. The role will include developing and creating Global Catalogue ranges and delivering a first-class service to the global and local marketing and procurement communities. We are therefore looking for a strong communicator, good organiser, and problem solver. **Responsibilities**:
This position covers, but is not necessarily limited to the following:
**General**: - Manage end-to-end projects, from initial concept brief through to quotes, proof approvals, quality standards to successful delivery of all items on time.
- Maintain day-to-day project management working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all sign offs and deadlines are met in accordance with the critical path timeline.
- Liaise daily with the client, external creative agencies and local and global suppliers, ensuring each product is developed to the brief.
- Ensure customer service is a priority. Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within agreed SLA’s. Creating accurate RFPs for products based on technical specifications, pre-production samples and OTIF (on time in full) are met. **Strategic**: - Ensure that client price targets / budgets are met.
- Provide professional presentations as and when required.
- Participate in proactive innovation to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Helpfully challenge client product briefs to ensure sustainability and effectiveness are at the forefront of all new developments.
- Develop market business plans by researching the customers and trends. Identify cross-selling opportunities and act on these.
- Monitor competitor’s promotions and activities and share information with team members.
- Analyse management information, financial and sales reports to ensure achievement of objectives and budget.
- Demonstrate creativity and share new ideas with peers. Financial acumen to confidently run RFP’s and drive competitive pricing. **Skills and Experience**: - Sourcing and packaging experience with an international company.
- Have a basic understanding of FMCG route to market process. A track record in managing European and Asia sourcing projects would be a distinct advantage.
- Understanding of production methods and materials to be able to offer guidance on sustainability impact.
- Comprehensive Print and Point-of-Sale Product knowledge and the ability to identify feasible product solutions - including Packaging, Premiums, Barware.
- Knowledge & experience of sourcing glassware.
- Extensive experience in engaging and influencing cross functionally, particularly across multiple client marketing / brand teams and internal supply chain teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and a high level of detail is expected.
- Problem solving and the ability to identify and clearly present solutions.
- Ability to interpret and communicate client briefings with our creative teams to ensure most effective response and product solution.
- Collect and respond to client feedback in a timely manner.
- Effectively manage client reviews and communicate with internal teams to ensure service improvements are implemented where necessary.
- Manage own workload and keep status reports up to date.
- Contribute to the evaluation of proposed changes or services, products and processes.
