They will have the **following responsibilities**: - Elaborates sales order fulfilment management, tracks and monitors the related documents, commercial offers and contracts
- Manages the operative process of the sales orders
- ** Manages** and **supports** **customer relationships** from the Headquarters (contracts, reports Meeting minutes, meeting follow-ups etc.)
- Helps in **organizing visits / audits** at the Headquarters
- ** Supports the management of the sales forecast** for his/her assigned area
- Works with Account Managers to **guarantee customer satisfaction** **Qualifications**
- Education: BA Degree in Modern Languages, Foreign Trading, Economy
- Experience: 1/2 years of experience in a similar role
- Languages: Outstanding fluency in English, **fluency in French is considered a plus**: - Experience using Miscrosoft Office suite **Complete the profile**: - Attention to detail
- Good negotiation skills
