**KWS Italia SpA** is looking for a Breeding Station Technician for our Monselice office. This position is full-time and permanent. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - Advice the farmers or contractors in charge of running agricultural activities such as soil preparation, fertilization, irrigation, phytosanitary control, etc. in the fields under her/his responsibility.
- General control and supervision of the production fields, including all the evaluations needed and requested by the breeders.
- Plan, organize and control the activities executed by the employees under own responsibility.
- Stecks harvests and transplanting.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations as and when required by the Management for activities under own responsibility.




- Support ad-hoc activities as and when required by the Management.
- Ensure all operational activities are executed and personnel under own responsibility works in line with company’s health and safety regulations. **Key competencies and background required**: - Residing in Monselice.
- Technical diploma or certificate in agricultural fields.
- Experience in agriculture and preferably in seed production.
- Efficient user of MS Office programs.
- Having a valid driver's license.
- Having a valid forklif driver license (or will be able to obtain).
- Fluent in Italian, and preferably in English.
