- The Head of Marketing Cardiovascular will report to the Sr Director of Cardiovascular Unit, in our Rome Office. In this position, you will: - Drive the commercial strategy for our Cardiovascular portfolio, developing short and long-term plans.
- Coach, develop and inspire the marketing team, fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Communicate and present confidently with stakeholders of scientific society at different levels of seniority.
- Supervise the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Work according to Business Ethic procedures, local law, Novo Nordisk Way, policies, and guidelines. **Qualifications** In addition, we expect you to have: - Excellent communication, presentations skills and management with confidence of various stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Bold analytical and business acumen, result and goal-oriented approach and expertise in launch and brand management.
- A strong track record of success along with a positive can-do attitude that motivates the team to achieve ambitious targets.
- Fluent English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Working experience in cardiovascular therapeutic area will be considered a plus. **About the Department**
