**Position**:
As E-Commerce Manager, you will be part of the Europe & Middle East Region, reporting to the Omnichannel Director Europe. You will work closely with the Retail functions, being responsible for the following tasks. **Job responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership & Vision**:
Defining and leading the E-Commerce strategy for the EU zone, including cross-functional team leadership and collaboration with other regions (Middle East). This involves developing the commercial calendar, digital strategies, and website supervision. **Forecasting & Planning**:
Defining and managing sales forecasts for all EU E-Business activities. **Project Management & Innovation**:
Proposing, coordinating, and rolling out E-Commerce projects (e.g., Ship from Store, NPS) within the zone. **Collaboration & Coordination**:
Working closely with various departments, including Retail Merchandising, Supply Chain, CRM, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies. **Business Optimization & Monitoring**:
Monitoring website performance, managing stock strategies, developing online client strategies, and implementing anti-fraud measures to optimize business performance. **E-Commerce Development & Launch**:
Defining and implementing E-Commerce zone launch strategies with zone teams. **Continuous Improvement**:
**Profile**: - 5-10 years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury Sale




- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred
- Manages own image standards on a high level
- Excellent relationships skills
- Organization, professionalism, self-confidence
- Strong customer service skills
- Excel, PPT, Power BI, Akeneo, Sales Force, Algolia.Goal
- Strong knowledge and/or interest for Fashion/Luxury Industry

**MAISON***: - The Fendi Maison was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first Fendi boutique - a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Soon winning international acclaim, Fendi emerged as a brand renowned for its elegance, craftsmanship, innovation and style.

In 2000, the LVMH group acquires Fendi becoming in 2001 its majority shareholder. Appointed in 2020, Kim Jones held the role of Artistic Director of Couture and Womenswear until 2024. Since 2020, Delfina Delettrez Fendi, fourth generation of the Fendi family, is Artistic Director of Jewellery. Today Fendi is synonymous with quality, tradition, experimentation and creativity.
