- Contributes to business planning, reporting on insurance trends and growth and decline monitoring of various insurers, coordination of meetings between the Marsh business and major Insurance Companies;
- Prepare detailed reports on potential business pipelines and monitor the progress of various negotiations for different insurance products.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders. **We will count on you to**: - Support the operation, coordination and updating of the various dedicated platforms with marketing and reporting functions for Insurers;
- Manage training sessions for customers and support them in improving their skills;
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the needs of the insurance market and the development potential of certain products to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Participate in change management activities and business vantaggi realization plans to ensure successful delivery of key priorities;
- Preparation of power point presentations; **What you need to have**: - University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, International Relations, Political,



Social and Organizational Science, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
- Fluency in English and, preferably, in a second language;
