Join us and start the future! **YOUR ROLE** As part of the Photolithography team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the start-up of an automatic defect analysis tool aimed at intercepting at process step level macro




- and mesoscopic features that could lead to patterning defects.
- Track macro inspection: image processing and recipe optimization to detect typical lithographic defects on production wafers.
- Scanner topographic anomaly detection via real-time analysis of leveling data. Development and optimization of classification algorithms. The starting point will be the critical import of existing know-how from the twin fab Crolles 300. The work proposed is suitable as a Master thesis project, as well as a first professional experience. **YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**
- Bachelor or Master degree in Physics. Chemistry, Material Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science,
- Programming skills
