Enable key projects based on business needs at the National, Area, or Key Accounts level, in alignment with the OneGSK approach. Take full responsibility for integrating BI data and analytics at the National, Regional, and Account levels through performance analysis and the implementation of key projects at the local level. Lead the effectiveness of the account management framework in the LOC by executing the core brand strategy in the field, driving successful launch outcomes, and achieving business objectives within the LOC.
Maximize asset performance by assessing patient journeys within key accounts, identifying pain points, and developing innovative solutions. Drive patient-centric care and align strategic initiatives with business goals to ensure a better patient and customer experience for key priority brands and launches. **In this role, you will**:
**_ 1. Strategic Planning and Execution_**
- Develop and implement comprehensive national account strategies that align with GSK’s business goals, ensuring consistency across multi-indication territorial launch activities.
- Inform decision-making by assessing business needs, supporting strategic planning,



and partnering with Sales Leadership and BI & Analytics to identify and implement performance-maximizing strategies and corrective actions.
- Liaise with Marketing and Sales Teams to boost connection and synergies, ensuring field initiatives achieve business goals.
- Tailor national strategies to meet local specific needs, addressing strategic priorities and improving patient journey pain points. **_ 2. Patient Journey Mapping_**
- Analyze every stage of the patient journey to identify and map pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Work collaboratively with SAM Teams to promote high-value and innovative solutions to meet performance objectives. **_ 3. Tactics Implementation_**
- Act as the bridge between Field and HQ, driving execution of tailored solutions.
- Activate the right people and capabilities to capture opportunities and mitigate performance loss.
- Promote and support the use of suitable digital channels in territorial action plans, monitor their impact, and ensure alignment with business goals. **_ 4. In-depth Analysis and Reporting_**
- Work with BI&A;, Business Excellence and Marketing to monitor sales performance, analyzing key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts to senior management. **_ 5. Stakeholder Engagement_**
- Collaborate with a wide set of internal stakeholders, including:



Sales Leadership (SLSL), Marketing, ABM, RAM Head, MSL Head, Pathway Solution Lead, SAM Teams, and Business Excellence. **_
Why you?_** **Basic Qualifications** & Skills**:
**We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals**: - ** Extensive commercial experience in Specialty Pharma, with a strong background in**HIV**and proven success in**sales**, new product planning/commercial development, and brand strategy execution.**: - Proven track record of successfully managing and growing national accounts, with demonstrated ability to drive launch excellence and deliver sustainable results.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics/Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of Pharma industry regulations and laws as well as company policies (Ethical & Legal Compliance).
- Knowledge of the organization of the national healthcare system and its operational processes.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Availability to travel throughout Italy.
