The role requires someone who is comfortable engaging with engineers, R&D; specialists, and software developers, and who can confidently navigate technical discussions across multiple domains. **How you’ll make an impact**
- Lead and develop a growing team of Domain Experts responsible for design platform specifications
- Ensure that specifications are prepared in a timely manner and aligned with backlog priorities
- Act as a key liaison between R&D;, engineering, and programming teams to ensure mutual understanding
- Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder progress, escalating issues when necessary




- Support the effort estimation process during prioritization and planning phases
- Facilitate communication between programmers and Domain Experts to ensure clarity on design tool requirements
- Represent the team in R&D; program management meetings and contribute to strategic discussions
- Promote a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement **Your background**
- Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Strong understanding of transformer design processes and related design tools
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage technical specifications in collaboration with R&D;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive timely, high-quality execution
