Responsibilities As Product Owner, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of Integrity360's MDR platforms, including the Online Portal that serves as the single point of interaction for customers to access their cybersecurity services.
Product Vision & Strategy:



Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for the Online Portal, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives. Translate strategic goals into actionable features and enhancements.
Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritising features based on business value, customer impact, and development effort. Compile specification documents and collaborate with DevOps to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as primary contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements, communicating progress and priorities, and ensuring releases are scheduled and signed off before production.
Customer-Centric Design: Drive creation of intuitive, user‐friendly interfaces, partnering with UX/UI designers and developers to iterate on portal features based on feedback and analytics.
Delivery Oversight: Work closely with the development team to monitor progre
