We’re looking for a Buyer to join our team. This role plays a key part in shaping product selection and driving commercial performance, combining creativity with strong analytical skills to ensure the right assortment across markets and stores. **What you’ll do**: - Recommend initial product selection and assortment assumptions for RTW and Accessories, four times a year.
- Conduct sizing analyses and manage monthly orders/reorders by market and store.
- Oversee monthly retail allocation and weekly replenishment by market and store.
- Set up, monitor and maintain Target Stock Levels (TSL) by category, SKU and size.
- Define product offer priorities between stores and omnichannel. Monitor weekly results and adjust to maximize stock efficiency.
- Manage carry over and never-out-of-stock availability. **What we’re looking for**: - 3-5 years’ experience in Buying roles, ideally within the retail fashion and luxury industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven analytical skills.




- Solid understanding of product performance metrics and profitability levers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and confidence working with large datasets.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
