**Job responsibilities**: - REPORTING LINE
Based in Milan’s Head Office, within the Retail Department reporting to Minor works & Maintenance Coordinators MISSION
You will support maintenance operations and cleaning to upkeep the aesthetic, architectural and engineering conditions of the Louis Vuitton Italian boutiques ensuring a high level of client experience. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Support the stores on their maintenance and cleaning needs, providing immediate actions and solutions
- Coordinate suppliers, manage scheduling, ensure follow up and quality control of works, systems inspections and cleaning.
- Support the Minor works & Maintenance Coordinators in the activities for tenders and agreement drafting (maintenance and cleaning )
- Tracks and analyzes budgets, orders processing
- Support the Minor works & Maintenance Coordinators in liaising with EMEA to implement Store Planning projects (new layout, new furniture ) **Profile**:
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture or Engineering field
- Technical understanding of retail environment maintenance
- Analytical skills reporting for store maintenance activity and budgets
- Exceptional communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Strong prioritization skills
- Project management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to operate with autonomy, problem-solving strengths, and team work ethics **Additional information**: - Possibility of two days of lavoro da remoto during the week
