**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging squad training sessions in line with the club’s development framework.
- Provide stroke correction, race strategy, and performance feedback.
- Support swimmers at competitions, including warm-ups, race analysis, and motivation.
- Collaborate with other coaches to ensure consistency and progression across squads.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive team culture.
- Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and club management.
- **Requirements**:



- Minimum [ASCTA / USA Swimming / Swim England] Coaching Accreditation (or equivalent).
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Working with Children / Safeguarding certification.
- Proven experience coaching competitive-level swimmers.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, training principles, and competition preparation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for athlete development and continuous improvement. **What We Offer**
