We are a general contractor and fit-out company for both tertiary and commercial spaces, working across Europe with international clients. With a headcount of 53 people, eight different nationalities, our bilingual team offers the opportunity to carry out turnkey projects for international companies. We are present across Europe with establishments in France, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, the United Kingdom and Luxembourg. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the construction manager takes full responsibility for the project entrusted to him. As a representative of the company, your role as a construction manager is to provide a service of excellence to the clients, but also to our internal teams, respecting our Health and Safety rules, the regulations in force as well as the internal rules of the company. At all times, you will anticipate and manage the risks exposed to our company and the individuals who compose it. You work as a team in a permanent concern for cohesion and effective communication, you will have to register in a common objective to ensure customer satisfaction, to systematically achieve "Absolute Completion", to ensure the follow-up of your projects from the study phases to the reception of the works, without neglecting the period of perfect completion. **Here’s what our project manager will be doing**: - Planning and supervision of work,
- Participate in the elaboration, management and follow-up of schedules (purchase, deliveries, works, reserves),
- Verify the execution plans, prepare and organize the construction site (human and material resources, storage, access,



authorization requests, utility networks, supplier contact...),
- Coordinate works and interventions of all subcontractors, follow the progress, lead meetings of progress and management on site to guarantee the respect of the planned activity, budget deadlines,
- Ensure the link between the different actors of the project (customer, design office, execution teams, service providers...) and ensure that the remarks made by the control bodies are taken into account,
- Identify and correct implementation defects or non-conformities in the execution of the work,
- Establish the list of reserves at the time of the operations of reception of work,
- To write all or part of the site reports relating to the packages for under your responsibility,
- To lead the lifting all reserves/snags in the allotted timeframe defined for each project,
- Establish progress reports with third parties (subcontractor, architect, client, and other statutory bodies),
- Analyse the customer's request, the need, the risks and opportunities of the project,
- Analyse the functional, environmental and technical characteristics of the type of work or product to be produced (regulations, organizations, assembly, manufacturing, operating and safety constraints),
- Ensure compliance with the rules regarding all aspects of HSQE and ISO requirements,




- Continually review opportunities to comply with and enhance Agilitie's B-Corp status.

- Able to identify staff strengths and weaknesses, develop staff in line with training plans and carry out assessments on a regular basis,
- Have good understanding of the construction sector, the market, and practices with, if possible, experience in the development and renovation sectors in office, hotel and retail,
- Able to maintain strong relationships with potential customers,
- Able to understand and are aligned with the company's vision and values,
- Have excellent communication skills. You have a high business awareness and be able to represent the company at the highest internal and external level,
- Be robust and resilient, possessing motivation, determination, and natural enthusiasm,
- Have good knowledge of local markets,
- Hold a Master's degree in a construction related field
- Be fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken, any other European Language will be a premio.
- Have professional accreditation with a recognized Project Management organization would also be viewed favorably. **The offer entails**: - Location : Italy, but open to travel to our other locations in Europe
- Hours: 40 hour work week, Monday to Friday
- Salary: Based on experience.
