- Lead and supervise sterile manufacturing operations to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards.

- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required. **Experience**
- Proven experience in a manufacturing role.
- Supervisory experience in a sterile production environment.

- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Work in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to sterile conditions. Standing and walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 kg may be required.
