Cleantech Solar is seeking a decicated Administration Executive to support our business activities for the Company’s solar-as-a-service offering in Malaysia. **Responsibilities** The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: - Document filing, document control and auditing - HSSE: ISO45000, ISD14000 and ISO9000 auditing
- E-invoicing document support for the Finance team
- Performing Changeover and supporting dealings with SEDA for Shell Retail
- Logistic clearance and ERP on Business Center support for the Procurement team
- Helping with Documents and guidelines control for the Engineering team
- Performing any other administration tasks as assigned **Location**
