Pomezia, Roma, Italy The Professional Education & Development Specialist will support the Professional Team with internal and external trainings, Customers’ meetings and ECPs Coaching, Administrative activities. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Manage internal inductions for new resources and external coaching days for Eye Care practitioners
- Support the Professional department for ECPs virtual classrooms and presentations
- Support the creation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Cooperation with Commercial Compliance, HCC and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives.
- Facilitate the invoice payment process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate payments. Maintain organized records of invoices and related financial documentation. JOB REQUISITIONS: - Bachelor Degree Optics-Optometrist
- Highly recommended minimum 2 years of experience in fitting contact lens
- Fluent Italian, Intermediate English
- Driving license B
- Location: Rome (preferred)
