- and Post-Sales Support**: Ensure technical support and assistance both before and after the sale to understand and resolve any issues, answer questions, and manage complaints. 4. **Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitor sales, prepare market reports, and gather feedback to improve the offer and services. 5. **Customer Relations**: Maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs to foster loyalty and promote additional business opportunities. 6. **Internal Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, production, and product development teams to align the offer with market demands and contribute to improvement strategies. After a training period of up to 6 months at the Padua HQ, a permanent relocation to India (Mumbai) is planned. Maximum availability for monthly travel within Indian territory is required. **Requirements and Qualifications**: - Valid visa for entry into Italy/Schengen Area and no record of previous refusals.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical/Scientific field
- Fluent in Hindi and English, both written and spoken
- At least 2 years of prior experience in the sales of technical products
- Preferably experienced in the sale of galvanic and/or chemical products
