- Being a proactive problem-solver, jumping in to help with whatever comes up—from city tips to last-minute events;
- Cooperating with the whole team to keep the vibe high and operations smooth across different departments. **What you should have**: - At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista);
- Team spirit: the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team;
- Flexibility to work on a shift schedule, including nights and weekends;
- Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality;
